Rihanna "enjoys" her acting debut on `Battleship`
The 22-year-old singer confesses she is having fun on the set of the sci-fi invasion movie - based on the popular board game of the same name - but admits her co-star Aleksander Skarsgard is "not very talkative".
She told MTV News: "It`s really good, really good. I`m really enjoying it actually. I like it.
"Aleksander is really cool, just laid-back. He doesn`t get in the way. He`s not very talkative, but he`s a really cool guy and that`s to everybody - not just the cast."
Rihanna was pictured shooting scenes for the movie with co-star Taylor Kitsch in Hawaii earlier this month and was seen wearing a navy officer outfit.
Liam Neeson and Brooklyn Decker will also play leading roles in the film, which is being directed by Peter Berg.
The movie follows a group of naval ships fighting off an alien invasion looking for something beneath Earth`s oceans.
`Battleship` is due to hit cinemas in May 2012.
